Lynchburg non-profit hopes light show will increase winter foot traffic downtown

[WDBJ7] LYNCHBURG, Va. - A colorful art display will light up downtown Lynchburg this winter. The James River Council for the Arts and Humanities will host an exhibit called "Winterlights" in February. "Winterlights" will be a free, outdoor light show along Lynchburg's Bluffwalk.  Artists will use recycled holiday lights to create unique displays. Organizers hope the attraction will bring people downtown during a month that's normally slow for business. "It's a great way for the establishments downtown to...
